DEN01 R&D Facility is one of the clearest proofs of what our platform delivers. This site draws on a city-owned provider known for low, stable power costs, and runs on two independent substations, each sized to carry the full 200 MW load. Construction begins in Summer 2026.

DFW01
The DFW01 campus sits in the Greater Dallas metro, with roughly 0.7 ms latency to the Dallas internet exchange at 1950 Stemmons. Emergent is building and operating its own substation on site, fed by two 138 kV circuits from Brazos Electric in an N+1 configuration, with power targeted for early 2028. The campus runs 67 acres, with 48 MW of critical load in the first phase and two more phases planned.
