The DFW campus sits in the Greater Dallas metro, with roughly 0.7 ms latency to the Dallas internet exchange at 1950 Stemmons. Emergent is building and operating its own substation on site, fed by two 138 kV circuits from Brazos Electric in an N+1 configuration, with power targeted for early 2028. The campus runs 67 acres, with 48 MW of critical load in the first phase and two more phases planned.
