DFW01 Campus
48 MW in the Dallas metro
Emergent's DFW01 campus is on 67 acres in the Greater Dallas metro, served by CoServ and Brazos Electric, with an Emergent-built substation and power targeted for early 2028.
Close to Dallas, Fast to Power
The DFW01 Campus sits in the Greater Dallas metro, with roughly 0.7 ms latency to the Dallas internet exchange at 1950 Stemmons. Emergent is building and operating its own substation on site, fed by two 138 kV circuits from Brazos Electric in an N+1 configuration, with power targeted for early 2028. The campus runs 67 acres, with 48 MW of critical load in the first phase and two more phases planned.
67 acres planned across three phases, with an on-site substation built and operated by Emergent.
Built with the community in mind
The DFW01 Campus is part of the region's growth, and we're building here for the long term.
The campus uses closed-loop cooling, the design we run at every Emergent campus, which recirculates water rather than evaporating it and keeps its draw on local supply low.
We pay for the power we use and the infrastructure built to serve us, and we keep working with local officials and residents as the project takes shape.
Development Timeline
DFW01 Campus is in active development. We're completing site due diligence and finalizing interconnection, construction, and power agreements, with the on-site substation targeted for service in early 2028.
